Homes approved for construction in St. Johns County

St. Johns County has grown by nearly 44% over the past decade, 2020 Census figures show. It’s the second-fastest growing county in Florida. County officials have encouraged growth and development, and have approved hundreds of Planned Unit Developments, PUDs by government jargon. A county website shows that 450 PUDs containing 134,391 housing units have been approved. Of those, 78,480 homes have been built. The developments and number of approved units are listed below with Nocatee, SilverLeaf Plantation and Six Mile Creek leading the way.
